Beginners are welcome! Enjoy the spontaneous nature of this beautiful art form. Express your
creativity with watercolors on rice-paper using Chinese Brush techniques. Create your own
paintings and experience an entirely different way of painting. No sketching or drawing
involved. Let your energy flow into the brush and bring your flowers and landscapes to life.

Flowers - Bamboo, Ranunculus, Red Hot Poker
You will learn the concepts of color-loading, water
control and brush strokes used to capture the beauty
of flowers. Choose your own colors, design your
own composition. You will complete 3 paintings in
3 workshops.

Daisies & Butterflies
You will learn the concepts of color-loading, water
control and brush strokes used to capture the beauty
of flowers and butterflies. Choose your own colors,
design your own composition. You will complete 1
painting in this workshop.
Tuesday Oct 9 & 16, 2007 6:00 to 8:00 pm
Landscape - Japanese Maple & Mist
This workshop will introduce the use of chinese
ink, watercolors and brushstrokes used for
landscapes. You will complete 1 landscape
painting over 2 workshops.
